School Programs - Epic Ocean Adventures

Epic Ocean Adventures specilise in tailored school programs designed for building participants skills in the ocean, team bonding, leadership and education on the natural habitat and wildlife in the area.

The National Park location, Double Island Point is an ideal base for all our activities as it is a protected bay that caters for all ability levels and is a pristine remote location. The area is accessed by an exhilarating 4wd trip along the beach and has some of Australia’s warmest and clearest tropical waters.

Activities we provide can be programed in the flat water lagoons or into the open waters of Honeymoon Bay. Some of the wildlife you may expect to see are Bottlenose dolphins, turtles, rays, Humpback whales (in season), fish, sea birds, soldier crabs and more.

Pelican Bay on the inside of Inskip Point peninsular is also an excellent location for school groups. An important mangrove eco system for many local wildlife and an ideal flat water location for many of our activities.

Kayaking -Flat water or ocean, stand up paddle – flat water or wave riding, surf lessons, kitesurfing stunt kite sessions and other physically challenging activities are available.

Our guides and instructors are friendly, fully qualified and hold surf bronze medallion, working with children, first aid and driver authority. All activity risk assessment and insurances are in line with Australian National standards and are available on request.
