Paddle through Noosa Heads’ hidden waterways and mangrove tunnels with our 2-hour Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) tour. Designed for both beginners and experienced paddlers, this tour offers a stand up paddle boarding experience in a beautiful, relaxing, family-friendly and kid-friendly setting.

Our professional instructors will start with a brief on-water training session to ensure you are comfortable and confident on your board. Once you are ready, we will guide you through the tranquil and less-travelled paths of Noosa’s waterways, including some hidden mangrove tunnels.

As you paddle, immerse yourself in the lush landscapes and vibrant local wildlife. The calm waters provide a perfect backdrop for spotting native birds, sting rays, and perhaps even dolphins in their natural habitat.

There is a nice spot along the way where we will stop so you can have a quick and refreshing swim. This is totally optional though!

We can pick you up from locations in Noosaville and Noosa Heads!

What's Included

Self guided, Fully guided or Private stand up paddle experience, wildlife on offer on the day, local commentary, equipment, swimming.

Self Guided ($59pp)

You will receive an in depth briefing and instructions prior to departure. The tour guide will give you a map, wildlife info sheet, fun facts sheet, and they will help you to get onto the water.

Fully Guided ($99pp)

Upgrade this tour to a fully guided tour. For this tour, a guide will stay with you on the water at all times. Other bookings might be joining the group as well.

What to bring?

Please bring what you would usually bring to the beach e.g: towel, sunscreen, water, camera, and your swimwear.

What time do tours depart?

Departure times vary daily and are generally set around the high tide.

Where do I depart from?

We meet up at Weyba Esplanade at the Canoe Launch. We could also pick up from Bounce Noosa or The J Theatre at Noosa Junction on request.
